Life moves pretty fast. Time turns in a blink of an eye, stealing youth from our bones. People are running in chaos, not even sparing you a glance. And there you are, standing still in a sea of people, daunted by the rapid changes around you. It’s been a year, and you feel stuck. Everyone is achieving something when you are not. You wanted to shout “Stop!” so the world would wait for you, but your voice felt heavy like the burden you carried.
But you’re not stuck. You are moving at your own pace, one foot in front of the other, and you keep moving forward. Now look back. Realize how far you’ve come and give yourself a pat on the shoulder for surviving this year. You’ve done it well and you’ll continue to grow radiantly next year too.
